Josef provides pragmatic and commercially minded advice on all ecological matters, having secured and delivered a wide range of developments in all sectors across his 15 years in professional ecological consultancy.  He has a wealth of experience and knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessments, Habitat Regulations Assessments, Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, Ecological Assessments and Protected Species Mitigation Strategies.  A proactive and assertive ecologist, Josef works to ensure that through negotiations with statutory agencies, local authorities and third parties ecological issues are resolved and schemes can be delivered in a timely manner.  Josef holds Natural England licences for Great Crested Newt, Smooth Snake, Sand Lizard and Dormouse, and has delivered a range of complex and licensed mitigation strategies across the UK.  He leads the Hertfordshire office with Peter.
