RTPI Young Planners Webinar

As part of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) Online series, Simon Taber recently co-presented a webinar regarding The Environment Bill and Biodiversity Net Gain. The talk was provided for the RTPI Gloucestershire Young Planners and RTPI East Midlands Young Planners groups, and aimed to provide an insight into the emerging legislation particularly for planners at the earlier stages of their career (and other professional)

Simon gave a varied talk focused on the practical application of biodiversity net gain, and considered the implications for developers for a range of situations including large scale greenfield sites, regeneration of urban brownfield sites and small scale planning applications.
