Land East of Billingshurst

Ecology Solutions, led by Josef Saunders, completed extensive habitat and protected species surveys (bats, Badgers, Dormice, Great Crested Newts, birds and reptiles) to inform the intrinsic value of the site, and prepared detailed reports as part of the successful planning application for the 550 unit urban extension and new spine road in Billingshurst, West Sussex. 

After securing the outline consent Ecology Solutions has completed various licensed mitigation strategies to remove ecological constraints, together with supporting various reserved matters applications to allow development to proceed.
