Tim Goodwin BSc (Hons) MSc MIEnvSc MIEEM MIALE

Tim has extensive experience in all aspects of ecology both in the UK and overseas. His knowledge of practical ecological issues, including the preparation and implementation of workable ecological proposals, has led to him being retained as a consultant with the Department of the Environment and HM Customs and Excise on both National and International Legislation. He is a leading expert witness and is able to provide expert advice on ecological issues, including preparation and presentation of evidence for local plan inquiries, section 78 inquiries, call in inquiries and high court challenges.  He has extensive experience and knowledge on Environmental Impact Assessment, negotiation with statutory agencies and third parties, ecological mitigation programmes, habitat enhancement and habitat creation schemes.

Dominic Farmer BSc (Hons) MSc MIEEM CEnv

Dominic has extensive experience in the running and management of large scale projects.  His work also regularly includes designing habitat creation proposals for large schemes, which, coupled with his wide-ranging experience of negotiations with the statutory authorities, has secured significant  large-scale development projects whilst also balancing ecological and other environmental issues. Dominic specialises in protected species and is a Natural England bat licence holder.
